You can request the cancellation of your BookingButtton at any time. Please follow the below steps in order to submit a cancellation request.
1. Log into your BackOffice and click on Contact Support
2. Fill out the Contact Support form with the required information.
3. Finally, click on Send to submit your request.
We kindly ask you to inform us about the reason why you wish to cancel your BookingButton. This is not mandatory but your feedback would be very much appreciated so we can improve our product further. Once the cancellation has been processed our support team will send you a confirmation email.
Please be advised that we do not accept cancellation requests from third parties, i.e. your Account Manager or a Customer Service representative.
